Bus Tickets from Midrand to Kimberley

Low lights were that the hus was 2 hours behind schedule. We only got an sms notification of the delay only after an hour from the scheduled departure time. Secondly, the bathroom was unkempt.

I have an issue with hygiene in your buses. The ride was smooth but the bus was smelling bad and it is advisable to keep your toilets filled with ice and any toilet refresher to avoid that filthy smell

The bus was late by more than 2 hours. They kept stopping at random places on the way to pick up more people which didn't make sense as the bus was already packed to the brim and this felt unsafe as it was in the middle of the night. When passengers asked about rest stops the drivers were rude. It was really an unpleasant experience.

Bus have a bad smell. Chairs didn’t recline, individual lights didn’t work. Chairs are so close to each other there’s zero leg room.
