Bus was very dirty, WiFi wasn’t strong enough. Too many detours.
The bus was delayed and the one of the staff (a big dark skin coloured lady) that reissued the ticket at Mahanttan was was very rude and unprofessional was even using f...words and cursing customer’s father and mother
All good everything is nice
Pro drives but Te wifi didn’t work and the busses need a good washing
Pathetic service. They never follow the route they give
There was no functional wifi throughout the trip
Other than the lateness it was a good trip. Very comfortable
Better than airports during bad weather.
The driver from New York to Buffalo was fantastic and kept us informed. But the driver from Buffalo to Toronto was unnecessarily rude to customers and delayed the bus. We arrived an hour late.
Drivers are great. Safe, nice and polite. Bus was late one hour.
Worse experience in my life
Some seating for sick persons at New York
There should be some seating for sick person, standing in line at New York station, for Toronto gate 22,or alternate option to wait.
My bus was scheduled to leave NYC at 7:30 but was too full so we had to wait for another bus which ended up leaving a little less than 8:30, thereby delaying my trip.
It would be much better if the ticket shows the bus number. In that way, one will know whether do the transit or stay at the same bus. Also, having the assigned seat would be much convenient which might reduce either confusion or confrontation between customers.
