Bus from Pretoria to Harare: Tickets & Schedules

EAGLE LINER — THIS SERVICE NEEDS SERIOUS IMPROVEMENT! I am extremely disappointed with the service I have experienced from Eagle Liner. Let’s be honest: punctuality, communication and customer service are extremely important in the transport business, yet these are some of the areas where Eagle Liner appears to be struggling. 🚌 THE BUSES DO NOT KEEP TIME The scheduled departure and arrival times are not consistently respected. Passengers make plans around these times, and when a bus is delayed without proper communication, it can cause serious inconvenience. 📞 POOR COMMUNICATION & RECEPTION Trying to get proper information or assistance can be frustrating. Customers should not have to struggle to find out what is happening with their journey. 👎 UNFRIENDLY STAFF The attitude of some of the staff is another major concern. Passengers are paying customers and deserve to be treated with courtesy, respect and professionalism. Being tired or busy is understandable, but that should never become an excuse for poor treatment of customers. Eagle Liner needs to understand that customers have choices. People will remember how they were treated, not just the price of the ticket. This is not about attacking the company. It is about giving honest customer feedback and calling for improvement. Eagle Liner management, please take this seriously. Improve your communication, improve punctuality, and most importantly, improve the way customers are treated. We deserve better service. We deserve professionalism. We deserve a bus company that keeps its word on time.

No conscience for time keeping, operating below standard. Started at 19:30 from Bosman and took us 12 hours to reach Zim border. 10 hours from border to Harare. Very straining trip. Time is special

To me this was bad service, at 12 midday I was at the bus station expecting to leave at 2pm but the bus arrived at the station 3hrs later. Expected arrival time in Harare was 11am, but we haven't arrived at our final destination. The saddest part is i failed to meet my appointment. I am deeply disappointed

Very bad, the worst journey ever, took 27 hours from Bosman to harare

Bus was late from 2pm it only leaves 6hours later and had overstay at border

The speed was oky and also their wifi is good. The drivers very friendly. Tamuka 12 good service

My experience with Tamuka was overall positive. I really appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of the team, as well as how clear and supportive they were throughout the journey. Communication was generally good, and I felt guided and reassured at key stages, which made the process much less stressful.

They have no respect for time.We were to depart at 4pm we arrived at 3pm for check in but we left Pretoria after 5:30. And there was no update as to why we are an hour and half behind schedule.No communication. The toilets smell and they do not flash. We have to beg them to switch the Aircon everytime and it’s get hot because the coach does not have windows so AC is a must. The staff speaks to passengers in an unprofessional manner.They make inappropriate remarks. Some seats do not recline and I asked them and they just said “hard luck.” I will never use their coach ever again.

Pathetic, had no wifi connectivity during the whole trip, drivers refused to adjust aircon and it was very cold overnight. Swiss Express Bus No 6. Will not board it again

The time was not good at all the bus was supposed to leave at 3:30 only left at 6

I was not happy with the last minute time change that was not communicated to me which resulted in me having to wait for close to 5 hours . Time was changed from 13:30 to 17:00

I did but there was no wifi

I traveled, I'm home but it took me 24 hours to get home. Best coaches bus was in for service, it didn't come, the sad part is that I only came to know about that when I arrived at the station, there wasn't some form of communication regarding the breakdown. I ended up going with the other Katiso. It wasn't a pleasant journey to be honest.

I enjoyed the safe travel but did not enjoy treatment at the destination. The bus never went to Harare Roadport although they promised when we embarked that they will go to Roadport. We were dropped at High Glen. This caused me a lot of inconveniences.

No customer care, don't keep the time. Bus broke down had to take another Bus from Masvingo which dropped me off far away from Road port had to spend extra cash get to town.

I booked sunday 11am bus the bus came at 3 i was suppose to be at harare at 6am monday now we are passing masvingo

The drivers were friendly it was the longest journey ever instead of arriving in Masvingo at 01h30am . l arrived at 9am

They are not time concious,However they drive well.To many stops along the way

The bus left 3.5 hours later than the departure time.
