The bus left late, there was a break down. We arrived in Johannesburg at 8h30 instead of 12 noon
Generally the journey was okay aircon and charging ports working but in terms of comfort your Zim buses need to be upgraded.
Value for the amount i paid and feel safe and relaxed.
Don't overwork drivers during festive season
The bus developed a fault and we waited 5hrs for it to be fixed
Courteous staff and helpful at the border too.
For long distance the bus is not comfortable
Would recommend anyone
The bus travels with bogus bus crew pretending to be one of the drivers and drop at beitbridge, stealing passengers hand lugauge, the toilet smells bad and it delays to much at the border at southafrican side
I am overally happy with the service provided by Intercape. The mild delay we experienced is explainable looking at that Intercape does not have control of border formalities. I will choose to travel with Intercape again and again.
Staff need to be more assisting
Keep it up
