The seats were very uncomfortable even after adjusting them, but the driver and his other colleagues were great, no speeding and they were all were good people in general (the staff)

The bus had too many stops that I was not aware of. The bus had bad smells. There was no charging port. All this considering that my buss ticket was such a high price of r570. Also we had a stop at a petrol station in PMB that was so long and the drivers didn't explain anything to us, just overheard them talking About a person who got in the wrong bus. Not recommending your services and never riding at Intercity Xpress ever again

My daughter left 3 hours later than the original time and the bus broke down just after 4am, still stranded on the side of the road. Really unacceptable. The last time she used this bus was also very late.
