Was very disappointing. There was no bus in Pretoria. Had to incur extra charges to go to Midrand
Bus had to be repaired hardly an hour from Johannesburg leading to more than 3 hours delay
First the trip was scheduled for 17:05, the bus only arrived towards 20h00, and then we were kept waiting at Park Station till 01am when we eventually left Gauteng. And as if our troubles weren't enough, the bus broke down in Bloemfontein, and we had to be overloaded onto other busses! By that time it was past 03am, The time now is 10:24 and we have just left Rouxville, and still left with approximately 300 and some odd kilometers to reach Queenstown, which otherwise the trip had indicated that we will reach at 5am! Talk about customer service & care!
