Bus times changed with no communication. Delay in trip by 22 hours was the result and also next trip was impacted resulting in additional travel costs. Extremely poor service. At least ticket was re-insured for the next day but no compensation for the additional costs of changing next bus impacts. Sometimes we use different busses to connect to places so I feel this bus did not consider this. Very disappointing

The departure time was not 6pm, the bus left Roadport around 7.30pm. The drivers did not take time to introduce themselves to the passengers and never informed us on the travel journey pattern (eg like the places the bus would stop for refreshments and ablution usage. Arrival time was compromised by an hour due to delayed departure. The bus also allows vendors to get on board selling their wares, this puts people's valuables at risk, high risk of being stolen.
