Well I'll take it again
Great first experience with Cold Shot... will use them again for sure. Courteous drivers, enough stops along the way to stretch the legs, clean bus, wifi worked well! Thanks so much!
First time riding with this company I slept most of the way but I will book again
Good experience. Highly recommended
The trip is fast, no need to wait to transfer into anothet bus.
Friendly staff and great service
Over all experience was good.but bus is too small and congested.and i recommend to not to sit in back 4 rows.becz it's too bumpy. And no washroom in the bus.thats the most negative thing in the bus.
It was a good experience. Bus was on time...
Great service, but I was the only passenger, if the company removed some seats from their fleet to allow for more leg room while their passenger base grow im sure they would get more referrals
It was good . I wood do it again
I thought I paid a more expensive bus than the others so I can have a more comfortable travel but it turned out the staff specially from Edmonton office is so indifferent. No initiative to help a passenger having difficulty carrying my stuffs. Even so, they could have provided a trolley or something I could use instead of saying i am responsible for my own luggage.
Be on Time
The bus was an hour late but overall good trip
everything is good
Departure time was almost an hour later. Missed an appoinment.
Right on time
Not bad at all
Fast and efficient was the service. Would take the bus again.WiFi could be improved as it becomes very congested.
Edmonton bus station needs a place for food, like a food truck
Some time wifi get disconnected but it's doesn't matter
