Your bus was very late the waiting area is very cold I asked for boiled water I couldn't get it they said they don't have the lady wasn't unfriendly not even helping with a smile the bus seats are not comfortable the bus staff was unprofessional they mention something about the bus bricks packesI and folds of the bus I couldn't even rest because I was fearing for our lives I asked myself how safe are we in this bus I think are things must not be said infant of the clients some of us we are sensitive this question came to my mind was the bus serviced are we safe here can I trust this company with our lives

Vilamora must improve its departure time or if there's an issue causing it to pick its clients late it must be communicated to us and another thing please consider working on cockroaches on your buses do something about them even it's fumigating but do something it's not nice to see insects on your buses otherwise I do not have other complaints the bus heaters were working.
