Good but better communication between the drivers and passengers is highly required plus services like hostesses and someone to let us know where we are, wi-fi because the on board doesn't work and they never turn on the TV anymore 🙄
The drivers were polite and very helpful the delays were beyond their control the did the best they could the delays were due to traffic and road construction overall the provided us with warm friendly service will diffnitly recommend intercape to any long distance travelers
Intercape is the best it's just the TVs where not working and there was no music atleast. The journey is long but I believe they do work to other busses of intercape, guess it was just my bad luck otherwise keep it up
It is a bad bus line, the drivers don't count people when they come back from the breaks. They nearly left one lady in FREE State. The seats are uncomfortable we were squashed the whole journey. The charger stations don't work.
