The air vents weren’t working. Neither were the USB charging ports. It was too cold to open the window so we sat in a hot, stuffy bus. The windows even fogged up. Also, there were warning lights flashing on the dashboard and beeping all the way, which were ignored. I think one of them was the brake light. Also, there was no bathroom. I will never use that bus line again

I was supposed to get on the bus to mossel bay from Cape town. When I got there at 1.30 they told me that there isn't a bus. The only one going is at 5.30.
I wasn't notified via text, call or email. By the time I went back, I waited an hour to board the bus. And ended up getting home past 1 in the morning instead of just past 7 the same day.
