Journey was quiet nice but towards at the back of the bus 🚍 it was too hot 🔥 and towards the front very cold ❄ air was blowing but it was nothing that I could say it's a problem 😌 all in all very nice and timely even

I enjoyed the fact that it was on time even though it wasn’t on time as scheduled but I understand it was because of circumstances like traffic and rain. I did not like the fact that the air-corn was on all the time, I was feeling cold.
Users have shared positive experiences, highlighting that the bus service was punctual and the staff were courteous. However, it is noted that there are no toilets on board. Despite this minor inconvenience, travelers found their overall experience to be perfect and satisfactory.

I had a very nice trip to Mount Frere. But I was not happy with the guy who was packing our parcels, he told me to pay for the Television to the driver of the bus, but the lady told me to go to the windows where we buy tickets to pay there, and there I was told to return to the bus and I'm not supposed to pay for the television. Then the guys told me that they are not going to pack the TV in the bus if I don't pay that R150, and I had no choice but to give them

The experience was horrible! They advertised a toilet and wifi but of course that was a lie. There was no heater/aircon, could not open the windows, and we had to switch buses at 1:30am, wait in the streets for half an hour in the freezing cold, because the the bus had mechanical faults and was unsafe to continue our trip. We also did not get breaks to get food or relieve ourselves for over 9 hours! In summary, DON'T DO IT!
