Bus from Johannesburg to Paarl: Tickets & Schedules

At first the bus delayed with 1hr 45mns and just after Johnsburg the bus had a breakdown around 23:00 only to get another bus at 5:00am instead of reaching my destination at 11:15, l arrived at 19:00

Excellent customer service just please allow passengers to open windows or leave the air-conditioning on due to the current situation

Intercape bus was very dirty. Toilet had no toilet paper, no water to wash my hands and I couldn't flush the toilet.. The toilet was filthy and smelled very bad

I booked a Greyhound Premium bus online, from Johannesburg to Paarl seeing that the pictures of the said bus as very comfortable and spacious, making me opt for a bus instead of a flight. To my surprise, the bus I boarded was very different from the one I saw online. I had a a very tiresome and uncomfortable. What a terrible journey I had by Greyhound. I feel I was ripped off.

The bus was clean and it arrived before the arrival time which was written in the ticket which is so good...

The bus was on time and arrived at my destination an hour ahead of time.

Frauds they didn’t come and they were rude on the call when asking about the bus not coming

I don't want to lie their service is very poor..I will never waste my money and time...The bus never showed up sat there was very cold 🥶 more than 4 hours..Wez we and Luoqman thanks for bad experience no more😢😭😭

I didn't enjoy the trip they arrived at my destination almost 2 hours later, I felt like the seats are too close together I felt like a sardine and also I found a cockroach next to me on the seat.

They have a good speed that is not scary

Bus departed later than scheduled time from park station and arrived latter than scheduled time in Paarl.

Totally disappointed bcs I have tried to cancel my journey but in vain

I diddnt like the fact that the bus left very late than the actual time it was suppose to,next time if there is any delays happening communication is important so that we know.

The bus broke down and my traveller's are still travelling with a possibility that they might miss their appointment

The trip was not that good because the drivers left one passenger and we had to turn around an hour into the journey after the other passengers had told them that one passenger is missing.

Very unprofessional. The bus arrived late and departed late. We didn't even make it to our destination and they refused to give us our refunds when the bus broke down for over 12 hours. We stayed there without food for hours. Even had to pay extra money without compensation from them. I strongly advise that no one should take use this bus service.

There was no bus, apparently the bus broke down and now the time has been extended to this afternoon.

we were supposed to leave Joburg at 6p.m but we ended up leaving at 9.45pm
