Bus Tickets from Paarl to Johannesburg

I had to sit in the middle seat of the 3 seats side. The problem was the guy sitting by the window was over sized taking up 1 1/2 seat space and the guy sitting at the end was determined to sit in his full seat space. I had to sit beding forward in my seat from Paarl till Bloem. As a result of this my right hip and all the muscles in my body is painful today. I don't know if I will use intercape again. When I booked my seat down to Paarl for the 13 Dec I got the sleepliner and was very impressed. For the same price I booked my seat back Paarl to JHB and got the budget liner. I have raised this with the driver yesterday after the first stop and was told I have to phone the help line. I told them I was unable to cause my phone was on 25% and that I could not even charge my phone for 2 reasons. I am being swatched in my seat as the guy next to me was taking up halve off my seat due to his side yet they insisted that a 3rd person sit next to me as it was a 3 seater. I also advised him that the charge ports was for UBS and my phone needs c type charge point. Yet infront 2 small children we seated with more than enough space. The driver for most of our stops didn't even say where we stopped and since my phoned died cause I was unable to charge it I was in the dark most of the time as to where I was in my yourney .I really have nothing good to say about my budget liner trip.

Bad, the driver left me behind even if I tried chasing the bus and showing him my ticket, he left me behind

Excellent service

First off all they were very late and didn't apologize for that,they had many unnecessary long stops and we arrived late were supposed to arrive at 07:30but arrived at 12:00 imagine I had an interview to attend and my baby was getting cold, I'll never book that bus again

I was 19:40there by shell waiting for the bus up to 2:54 no bus come the depart time was 20:00 and im still in paarl and i dont have ani money to buy another bus ticket and lost my job because of the bus

It was on time

Very poorly hygiene, the bus was full of ants and it’s was super late

the bus was dirty, overloaded, the toilet smelled bad.

I didn’t enjoy the bus left me

Driver was a prayer warrior and playing gospel music and also they were informative about the trip

The bus wasn't Eagle Liner, it was intercity XpressMusic supposed to be an upgrade. The seats on the bust were overbooked, there were 3 ticket checks and far too many delays

Came in time

Late departure u don't keep time ,as we speak was supposed to arrive at 5 im still inside bus there was exchange ppl are standing 10 of them with no seats ,ur services are very bad I'll nvr recommend anyone to travel with ur company

Bus drivers were allowing people to hike them, the bust got late 4 hours because of that. Metro Police stopped us 3 times and they bribed them 3 times. It was an awful trip

I ended up not using the bus because it didn't arrive I'll recommend to exchange my ticket and book for my return

The bus was exellent just the 2 ladies infront had their seats reclined for the full 19 hours nd i had no space to even stretched my feet nd its swollen nd my body aches the space thre was almst non each time I had to get out of the bus for the break I had to ask them to just move fwd thr seats nd the guy next to me same issue

The experience was nice only tht the bus did delay in coming to pick me up.The drivers were friendly.And I was not impressed by the point of drop in Joburg. The place were the bus drop people is not safe.At least find a better place to drop off people.By the tym the bus stop it is surrounded by touts.

I didn’t enjoy anything I wasn’t picked up by any bus I was left in the rain I waited for it but it never showed up

The bus driver refused to allow a passenger on the bus although he had a ticket with him
