The bus is clean but I didn't like is that they didn't keep the time. As a result l arrived to JHB late.
Not happy at all. At least the bus came on time. My ticket was R520 but R580 was approved, then ticket written R550. It's confusing. Bus broke down within 10 km of of travel. There was poor communication as it was stopping and going. We were then moved to another intercape bus that smells fungi. Toilet door doesn't lock. The second but then took Harrismith off-ramp that we still wonder why. And it was low or power on an up-hill.
Bus was extremely late and there was no communication, arrived at destination at 12:00 midday instaed of 8am

The is nothing I enjoyed on that bus unfortunately first thing the bus was lately 90 minutes but atleast we were informed 15min before by an sms but still after 90minute the bus didn't arrive we were supposed to leave by 17:15 but we left 19:30, the bus was khalamazu something very horrible bus and the drivers not even friendly Godness me I will never book this bus again...than God we arrived safely
The driver insisted that our names were not on the list whilst we stood outside on the rain, and he played loud music the whole night….They didn’t even want to open the luggage cage for us to put our bags.
The bus was okay and the drivers were friendly there only thing that I didn't like was that they romoved my 4 year old from the chair and I was told that she will sit on top of me and I payed a full price for her

Dont ever book Eagle Liner. They don't compensate when the arrive really really late plus the buses are old & more likely to break down on the way
The bus was delayed by 30 minutes at pick up point The drivers got lost twice, they missed Mzimkhulu offramp, also missed N3 onramp at Peitermaritzburg. They forgot to fill up Diesel on rouite. Was meant ro have arived in JHB by 4 Am. Now its 8:23 Am and we jst passed the last tollgate. I will never use this bus again. They dnt realy respect our time and dnt have a proper and systematic way of working.
Nothing was enjoyed The bus was supposed to leave at 17:45 we left around 8pm We got to kokstad and we waited again for more than two hours ,no communication at all I would never recommend eagle liner for anyone

Poor service delivery, the loading master (Nomah and the driver Noluthando) had a nerve of leaving me behind. No refunds or rebooking of tickets.
Intercity is so comfortable, drivers with ubuntu(humanity ). The only thing that was a turn off was passengers playing loud music
we were being changed to another bus at kostand. When we arrived at Mall i forgot them name of the mall, we were being changed again. I did not enjoy that
