My bus had a mechanical breakdown that ended in a 4 hour delay to my final destination (Pta). Communication about the circumstances were very unprofessional. There was no toilet paper in the lavatory when I got on the bus (Port Elizabeth). There were people complaining about the smell and the flush not system not working. Eventually we had to endure the foul smell during the remainder of the trip. I did extensive research on bus services, whereas Intercape was highly recommended and I made my booking, to my desmay. After my experience, I will not recommend Intercape for long distance travels again.

Very bad, I booked intercity for my mom because I know it's comfortable than eagle liner, but instead eagle liner was their bus to Pretoria, the was j explanation that these no intercity only eagle liner nothing. I as well use eagle liner when I travel but as I don't think I will be able to use your busses anymore. So disappointing 😞
