Bus Tickets from Port Elizabeth to Durban

The bus was very late. It was supposed to arrive at Durban around 11 o'clock but guess what, we arrived maybe at 14:00.Wow intercape wow

Late arrival of 2 to 3 hours of delay, I was supposed to arrive in Durban at 9:45pm but I arrived at 2:30am, your service is so absurd man

It was terrible! The bus was almost 2 hours late, once it got there it broke down and took more time to leave. Our estimated time of arrival was exceed by 5 hours and we don't know if the vehicle was too slow or he took a detour. What's more insane is that it was so hot that day, the windows were locked shut and the bus driver completely refused to open the air conditioner. It's as if he wanted customers to no longer use his company's services.

I was very satisfied , the toilet was kept clean , there’s also a fridge , it was warm and the time was accurate.

The bus was too late we were supposed to be in Durban by half past 10 we got there by 2 and we didn’t get to buy food till 4 am from 8pm of departure but the driver had good driving skills

Just wanna compliment both bus drivers for their astonishing work. Very helpful and kind. Mr Majola and his co driver, salute to them.

The service was very poor the Driver kept stopping every where even in places that is not designated for a bus stop. It came at 06:10 where as it was supposed to departure at 05:35. It arrived at the destination at 23:30 instead of 20:30. The bus was filthy and smelt like a toilet. The driver kept on switching off the airconditioner. I was so uncomfortable; the whole ride was a roller coaster. So I will give intercity express 0 rating

It was horrible. It came 3hrs late with no communication and arrived 6hrs later to the destination

We missed the bus due to there being no address stated on the ticket. We clicked on the link and it took us to another address
