The bus had no charging points and the trip from pe to Durban is long. we need to keep updating our families and call so we can be fetched. if charging points are not working it's a problem. Also the bus kept passing open garages and only stopped at Umthatha late. I needed water and a clean toilet as the one in the bus is always not a good option in terms of cleanliness.
On the 23rd of September we had an accident and the service was very poor because as soon as we got into the accident a bus was suppose to be sent already for us to continue our journey but the second bus came after 9 hours
On a 16:30 hour bus trip there was no movie ,the bus was extremely hot inside and the stop for food was at a garage that was undergoing renovations so there was hardly any stock .
Drivers were alternating ,one drove super smooth but the other kept going over into oncoming lane from kokstad
