First of all, the bus was delayed for almost 4 hours. 4 hours! Imagine that. Thats almost two hours more than the original communicated delay. Oh but there's more, If I got off the bus and ran next to it I would have gotten to my destination first. I understand respecting road rules but ayikhona nie. Departed at 11:00am from Gq to Capetown, Bellville. Its currently 00:13 and guess where I am? not Capetown, Bellville.

Absolutely insane, how I was I should be there @ 7:00pm and the bus would depart 7:45 to my surprise the bus only arrived at 10:20 pm and no apology from the bus company or the drivers could care less. I booked a return ticket the biggest mistake of my life. So when heading back to PE the same thing happened the bus was supposed to depart Capetown at 6:00pm and we left Capetown around 7:45 and the guys checking the tickets are extremely rude!!!

It was the worst ride of my life with a bus,there’s no space the seats dont have leg room as well as the toilets were not working with a bad urine smell all over the bus.Driving of the bus driver was the worst driving recklessly from PE after it arrived an hour late.I doubt if I’d book the same bus again or recommend to someone.

The bus came early to my departure location and when I arrived it was already gone we phoned 19:36 they said it was already in N2 .We tried to catch it in the next stop 19:55 they said it was approaching Jeffreysbay so my money was gone down the drain I will never book Williams again

I was dissappinted in the single bus. I paid for greyhound premium meaning double bus , and they informed me a few hours earlier it can be a citiliner. But for the price is ridiculous. Make it separate on the platform when we book. The child had no problem but we just need to know what we booking .
