The bus was scheduled for 20h30 but only arrived after 21:15. It seems to me that Intercape doesn't really care about the customers as there is no word or any kind of communication regarding the delays. And when a call is made to the emergency number, when one does finally get through, the call is dropped. All this time people are waiting outside in inclement weather and there is no staff to provide answers.
I always chose Intercape buses for being reliable and being on time,but this time I was very dissatisfied as for starters the was like 2hrs late,that made struggle getting home ,as we depend on public transportation.I got home 00h25.if it on time,it get in Cape Town at20h05 so we would get a Taxi. 2ndly we had to do 2 stops at Police Stations as we had to drop off a misbehaving passenger,and someone who passed her destination stop,that too took a lot of our time,Myself and my Wife,we are very very much dissatisfied
Horrible bus driver, uncomfortable seating, air conditioner set on 24 and seat heaters were on the whole trip. Filthy toilet and no stops along the route.

I enjoyed the fact that there was no music played, especially gospel music by the drivers. I like quieteness. However, I didn't like the fact that someone not far from where I was sitting was playing music on his/ her phone without the headphones. That was really annoying for me. We have different preferences as people when it comes to music. And lastly, I went to utilize the bus toilet for the first time after dropping in Bellville & it was a mess.
It took me hours before finding the Offices and when I finally did the Bus was already gone and even though there were still available busses around that time they could not let me take another ride and told me my ticket is also non refundable
One big plus is that the driver refused to leave a client behind after the elf gentleman got lost.On the other side of the same coin the bus arived late for pick-up and our arivel time was 1-hour and 15 minutes late

I enjoy travelling with apm bus it was ìn good condition both trips The thing that i didn't like is the driver didn't want to stop where the 2 girls ask him to drop them off because their brother was coming to school What i was asking myself is this driver does he have a kids or not
They don't have straight time both trips was delayed , return was worse it was too much pressure confusion buses changed delayed we were treated so bad 😭💔😭💔

I booked for 21:00 from newtonpark cape rd Port elizabeth bt the bus arrived @00:30 and when the bus arrived the driver was shouting we must get inside the bus he z running out of diesel he told us to put our bags inside nxt to the Etoile and he ddnt even show us where is the toilet m so disappointed for he price I paid and another thing chair's are not comfortable they r so hard

Bus driver was rude when I was trying to find my seat, he started shouting to hurry up, and body shamed me within the process thereof.
