Very comfortable and reliable
I was very sceptical to travel because of the covid. Intercape made travelling easy and took all measures to ensure safety of passenger. I am satisfied with their overall service.
They were very professional
Good customer care
Generally good but there was no wifi nor any entertainment on the bus as advertised.
Ilike intercape busses ialways travel with them
The service was good except for few thing
The trip was not bad
Too many stops
Good bus and we arrived on time
I booked my ticket for Citiliner plus but I was put in the old busses. There was no place to charge, the isle was very narrow and people kept bumping into each other. The seats weren’t comfortable at all. The price of my ticket did not meet the bus I got. And this is unusual because I booked the same bus going to PE from Cape Town and it was perfect.
The seat was adjustable, it was very bad seating straight for 12 hours and the drivers were so rude, not willing to help.
Firstly I booked sleep liner and endup in budget liner don't know how.and that was unacceptable .secondly no one told me that the bus will only pickup at greenaches and not at Intercape central.and was waiting there trying to call to get some answers and numbers for people who can able to assist me but was told that on their system is showing that pickup is only greenaches while on my ticket showing port Elizabeth only ..was so disappointed but luckily bus was very late so I did manage to get there on time.
Excellent bt your chairs r too small can't relax da person on da bq complains alot
The bus was leaking most of the seats were wet.. And it was noisy.. I dont want to lie Greyhound is my bus but this time around I was disappointed..
Safe, dependable and affordable
We paid a higher price for a bus with wifi, and there was no wifi available.
I am very happy ,but only for that the bus was 30min late in Uitenhage .
I am happy with Intercape drivers except that the bus was late
I Love intercape best bus for me
Good and caring drivers
Plz switch off aircons during da night
Good but my seat didn't recline so it was a little uncomfortable. Bus 068 seat 5 and 6
The bus had cockroaches. It doesn't have ports to charge our cellphones which are necessary for traveling
The bus were very dirty, people leaving their garbage on the floor. The toilet were very dirty.
It was an awsome trip
The staff was yelling a lot but otherwise friendly. The bus was really cold or really hot at some points. The bus stop in port elisabeth wasn’t safe as the office was closed and there was nowhere to wait for the bus. We had to pay our Uber driver to stay and wait with us. Not that tourist friendly as is lack a lot of important information
I was not happy it was raining inside the bus and chairs are moving
