Bus Tickets from Port Elizabeth to Cape Town

Everything was perfect except that my seat couldn’t recline, whereas the person seated in front of me’s seat reclined making it uncomfortable.

This was the worst trip I have ever ridden in my entire life, the driver was speeding the whole time from the point of departure which made us call Intercape offices to complain and we were told operations will deal with the matter, that did not make any difference and then the trip was 3 hours late at destinations because of a faulty part (shocks) and we were stuck in Riviersondered for 3 hours the drivers are not even informing us that there's a broken part, bus 8112, what a bad experience.

2 old ladies spoke loud behind me nonstop all the way through I couldn’t sleep. So disrespectful and no one told them to keep quiet. Also the toilet stinks mixing with the warm air in the bus

Very bad . They came an hour and a half late. When they switch off the lights in the bus the usb charging ports dont work. And the back row seats are very uncomfortable its like riding in a public transportation bus

I didn’t enjoy anything about my trip. The bus was extremely dirty, and filled with so much cockroaches! So disgusting and so unpleasant! Clean the buses

Bus left at 11pm instead of 18.30pm. Bus was overloaded. Had to stand from PE until Paarl. Only then was a seat available. Tried to contact intercity express via WhatsApp which says it's a 24/7 communication. No response. Got a WhatsApp this morning saying they Being transferred to an agent or welcome to Eagel Liner & Intercity Express.

Bus was dirty, toilet stinks to the whole bus and charging areas not working and late with three hours

The bus was clean and the bus drivers were professional. The only issue was that it departed a bit late and reached the destination after the scheduled time.

Toilet was smelling the whole trip and was raining inside. No communication about the delay

Time is all that matters to me, it was too late and there is no waiting shelter. Thanks

Seats too narrow, hard,not enough leg room and no toilet as advised when as notified when asking the question

They were 2hours late,there was no notification about that,but I was impressed with everything else,arrived safe in Cape Town and on time

This was the worse service I ever had. The bus was late by more than an hour and departed after two hours. There was a lot of commotion in the bus with people having to stand in the passage due to over booking. I have decided not to ride with the bus again.

This was the worst bus trip of my life and I take a lot of bus rides. It was over packed. It was dirty. It stunk of urine! We felt like sardines. And it was 2 hours late. There was supposed to be charging ports but there weren't. The absolute worst!

We are only leaving now that time I was suppose to be in Cape town and the sad part is that has cost me emotionally and financially because I had to use an uber to get to the station yesterday and I received the communication about the shooting but the fact that I'm only leaving now doesn't sit well with me and I will never use your services ever again because the communication was very poor.

I'm very disappointed on greyhound it did not arrive on time on port elizabeth it arrived after 4 hrs and we went back to to take other people who we stuck and we were using another bus i was late for my appointment at cape town that means i waisted money bad service with greyhound

The driver was a bit rude after being asked to stop at a garage so that an elderly sick man could relieve himself he refused

The bus was clean, punctual and communicated effectively. I might add comfort as well. I was very happy with the overall service.

The ride was nice drivers are vigilant and reliable. Should improve on cleaning services, the toilet in side the bus had a bad smell right from the start of the trip

God I wll never take ilula bus even if it’s the last company on earth I wll prefer walking to eastern cape

Buscame to the station 2 hours late and no sms or anything to apologize for that, secondly the speed the driver took everyone was crying on the bus till my sister went to complain with few people who got sick of what he was doing but nothing has changed we just happy we made it out, bear in mind were still in shock of the DMJ bus now this yhoo totally dissapointed

The bus didn't arrive had to sleep at the bus station with a 3 month old baby
