Excellent drivers lady driver from Kelowna was very helpful & driver to Calgary was considerate of all the passengers even the poor fellow who slept thru or missed changing busses at Salmon Arm & ended up getting off in Revelstoke to try & find a way to Kelowna (he didn't speak English & none of us spoke Spanish so we were all sad for him but i heard the driver annouce going to Calgary so not much could be done if he reads this i hope he lets me know he's back in Kelowna. In my case a taxi picked me up at Calgary bus stop & all was well. would be nice to have a schedule to look at to see when / & what destinations are available to plan trips.

We were a bit late due to traffic and road construction but the driver did his best to keep us close to schedule time.

The driver was obviously experienced and professional. I felt the Bus stayed efficient and safe the entire trip. Though delayed by construction, never felt the driver was rushing and clearly.took our safety as their first priority.
Seats were comfortable however the plastic edges were pretty uncomfortable. Arm adjustments and such. My.plug in for charging phone didnt work, and there was a very annoying rattling from the window just seats behind me. Sounded like a gerbil and a chipmunk were fighting for the majority of trip... very annoying.
