Im still in the evening trip because I lost morning bus at Lethbridge, no instructions inside the bus station how to find the bus and I literally missed my bus while been on the adres. Office also appears more like it Red Arrow by big sign but very barely visible mentioning that is EBus as well. Information about check in is written in the ticket is getting skipped between optional information, but doesn’t appears visibly near vital info about time and destination. Very confusing for someone who using EBus for his first time

It was my first time travelling with the EBUS. I had a great experience. The driver was amazing. She was in complete control of that bus. Made me feel extremely safe. The bus was clean, the terminal was clean. I would have liked to see more signs on were to go to sign in for the bus and were to line up. For someone’s first time, I had to ask other passengers direction. But overall. Very good experience

The driver was rude. I was putting my coat on slowly because of an injury ( I was the last person on the bus) and he just stared at me as I said” I’m going, I’m just putting my coat on” . He said “ I’ve got to get going now . I was only a couple of seconds till I was off. Very rude man.
