Bus Tickets from Grande Prairie to Calgary

Very comfortable and clean bus. Very on time, arrived earlier than thought even with traffic.

I'm a smoker and I was thankful for the stops. Comfortable chairs. Bathroom facilities and wifi. It was a good trip. But if you're coming to Calgary be prepared for the long wait in traffic at cross iron mall. Not the buses fault. Highways dept.to blame.

Bus has washroom. Comfortable seats. Has breaks. However, my bus from GP to Edmonton was delayed for 45 mins.

1st bus no plug in for phone didn't know password for wifi no communication but comfortable 2nd bus very bumpy seats weren't very comfortable but got there on time no real problem

All was good, Those types of buses have loud road noise when seated near the back. The trip was good I'll use Cold Shot again in the future..

We left a little later than the departure time and arrived in Edmonton past the ETA but the trip from Edmonton to Calgary was right on time. The bus drivers were also very helpful with the luggage and made sure that all passengers were in the bus before departing.

There was an incessant buzzing/humming noise that made it impossible to relax! The air conditioning was good though, and the ride was otherwise comfortable

Unfortunately, the replacement crew couldn't make it from Grande Prairie to Houston BC, so we couldn't leave for Grande Prairie, hence I have to rebook my trip, which meant to add an extra $30 dollars to the cost of my ticket, I asked the operator if I could pay the penalty fees and leave my ticket open, and even asked if I could reverse it from Calgary to Grande Prairie for a latter date instead, but the answer was a NO. We are still having issues with the other crew, which could mean another $30 dollars added to the already $180 dollars bus ticket from Grande Prairie to Calgary, amounting to $210 dollars, 11 hours bus ride ticket, which is the equivalent to a 2 hours plane ticket from Grande Prairie to Calgary .

1. The buses: I enjoyed the bus and ride from GP to Edm. The seat leg rest makes seating very comfy. The bus from Edm to Calgary didn't have a leg rest and that made the trip a little uncomfortable for me. 2. Stops The stop points offer very little in variety of food choices. Since there's enough delay time for transfer busses, can some of that time be allotted to more stops at Whitecourt?
