We had the most terrible trip ! No fault of the driver. The actual bus felt like it was driving with square tires and was bouncing so hard that it even was impossible to pay a phone game! This morning when I went to get our pills from our carry on, the pills were all out of their containers from the rough drive. ! Thankfully they were in a ziplock so we didn’t have to search for them .Bus felt like it had no shocks, seats were worn with little to no padding

The bus arrived punctually, which was appreciated. I particularly liked that it made stops at several locations along the route. However, I found the seating uncomfortable and believe it could be significantly improved for a more comfortable journey.
