They overbooked the bus so not everyone with a ticket got on. Had to wait 40 mins for next bus
The bus was smelling very bad . Air conditioning wasn’t working properly. More over was late for 20 mins or may be more . Never gonna travel again .
2 busses arrive at 5:50 and only 1 bus goes to Mississauga and all the other busses are direct to Toronto and my bus came at 7 when I was supposed to leave at 5:50. Why not have 1 bus go direct to Toronto and the rest have stops? It was annoying to sit, see a bus pull in and each time ask every driver if they stop in mississauga.
Very bad service at the Niagara Station. Staff were not aware of bus timing, Unfriendly staff. Bus was late by over 1 hour and 40 min, no announcement made nor did the staff knew when will bus arrive. Bus was dirty and smelling of Urine. Bus did not drop at the promised location, Instead it drop at different location. Which was very unprofessional & the driver did not inform the passengers. I will avoid in future travelling with Greyhound as much as possible and tell other too.
3 busses that leave Niagara Falls, the 5:50 only goes to Toronto, 6:15 only Toronto and the 6:45 is the Mississauga bud. Makes zero sense. I’m paying for the 5:50 bus.
It would be nice after a storm to at least email customers on the affected bus that its cancelled. I was on hold for 25 minutes till i could find out that there was no information on my bus and that i had to pay to re book.
The wifi was not working in the bus. The staff was very helpful.
Bus was delayed by 30 mins, but overall trip was good. We reached on time though.
Very rude employees and bus was very late. Everything was unorganized and we were not dropped off where we were told we would be. Employee hung up on me when I was asking them a question on the phone, twice. Very disrespectful
The bus was smelling of urine and was very uncomfortable for an hour. It was delayed by 30 minutes.
The driver assistant was rude! I work for a coach company as a driver and he was simply rude. It was my first time using this service too!
I wasn't notified about my arrival to Mississauga bus terminal until the bus dropped me at toronto bus terminal. Bus driver was unresponsive and was not courteous enough to acknowledge the fact that he made a mistake. Appalling service !
Convenient but the queue was mess when all passengers went the boarding
Very disappointed as we were left right on the outskirts of Mississauga and not at a bus station
