Very Disappointed💔 , poor service and arrogant drivers. I booked intercape but I ended up being downgraded to Big Sky that went From one city to another without being informed. My trip was supposed to be 7 hours but it ended up being 12 full hours. Last minute changes😩, unnecessary stops . Yhooo ngikhalela imali yami

The driver was brilliant, felt very safe, smooth relaxed travel, stopped for something to eat,no noise on the bus, comfortable seating, all in all very happy, just at the drop off in Bosmont felt unsafe when alighted the bus,all the hustlers outside vying for taxi passengers, not nice experience, hence I changed my trip back to intercape, just because of safety at the rank
Many users appreciated the comfortable and smooth rides, noting that buses were generally on time with friendly drivers. The cleanliness of the vehicles was also highlighted positively. However, some reviews mentioned issues such as delays due to long stoppages or unexpected bus changes, non-functioning air conditioning and charging slots, uncomfortable seats without armrests, and occasional communication challenges between drivers and officials.
The buss was good mechanical wise it drove very smooth and safe but the condition was terrible seats very hard no arm rest and kind of dirty. Trip was too long and unbearable. 😳

The bus was on time and had no delays. But it was not in good standard for a long distance travel
Users generally appreciated the efficiency of their trips and found the drivers to be respectful, humble, and focused. However, some noted that buses had small seats which were uncomfortable at times. There were also reports of delays on certain routes and confusion regarding bus boarding procedures at specific stations.

First the driver told me to move from seat A to seat B. No reason for that. Secondly the bus had to via somewhere just to deliver another driver without our concern. I wander how is the company operating. Further more beside that, the trip was good. I am trying to emphasize that the company must value their customers.

First of all the waiting area is just a mess, there are flies all over the area. Staff did not update us on the bus delay. The bus got there, they asked us to go climb in, we had to wait in the rain for over 10min for someone to atleast open up the luggage space on the bus and put in out luggages. We still got into the bus, and the bus still did move for over an hour, without anyone reassuring us on what was happening. All the sits in the bus were beyond dirty, as if they were all being stepped on. And we were still expected to sit right on top of the mess. It was just the worst journey I've ever had, I least expected it on this company (Greyhound), I am very disappointed.

Big Sky Express Pretoria Pietermaritzburg recent customer reviews
I was lucky enough not to have anyone seated next to me, so I was a little more comfortable than if someone had been there.
What I was not pleased about what the lack of communication at the check-in point. I waited in line for about an hour. There was just no order, which caused a few people to almost miss their busses.

Was put into a Intercape Budgetline and was very uncomfortable. We did not travel with Big Sky.
Passengers generally appreciate the comfortable seating and spacious legroom provided by the buses, along with safe driving practices. However, there are consistent mentions of delays in departure times and issues with air conditioning not functioning properly. Some travelers also noted being transferred between buses unexpectedly but found communication about such changes to be satisfactory overall.
