The bus was comfortable and the staff was polite and helpful. However the bus had a 7 hour delay and there was no communication and when there was correspondence, it lacked consistency. With this big of a delay, nothing was done by intercape to put customers minds at ease, no other avenues were put forward to attempt to resolve the situation nor was there any form of appropriate apology given to the customers except a mere sms. This caused a huge inconvenience on our part.

Big Sky Bloemfontein Pietermaritzburg recent customer reviews
I find it ridiculous that we only stopped for refreshments ONCE! At Montrose. A bus with elderly people and kids. It was a very bad trip because we kept anticipating that we stop at some garage as we did not bring a lot of snacks and my child and I were hungry! The bus driver even threaten to leave us at the Engen in Bethlehem when we thought it was a stop. Imagine how disrespectful that must have been. Also some of the chairs were broken. The bus also came late and left even later. No apologies no explanation. For R1701 I was very dissatisfied!
