This kind of delay is not just inconvenient; it's disrespectful to passengers who plan their journeys meticulously. What worst is the complete lack of communication regarding the delay. There was no notification whatsoever, leaving us stranded and clueless about when the bus would arrive. This lack of transparency is simply unacceptable! In conclusion, Intercape needs to seriously improve its punctuality, communication, and customer service.
