Bus postponed departure time and brought a different bus that I didn't book. The was so uncomfortable and there was a very little space inbetween chairs I couldn't even sleep
The bus was smelly and nobody told us we had to get off in King Williamstown and catch a shuttle, we had to go all the way to Port Elizabeth to get a bus that took us back to East London. Returning to Bloemfontein the bus still smelt urine and yhe rain was coming in.
Normally when i travel i use intercape but this time around they treated me so badly. My bus was supposed to leave at 11:55 but i got a message stating that my bus will be 30 minutes late. I arrive there by 11:55, when i went in for a check in i was told that my bus left already and the guy from the door sent me to the office to report the issue. Fine the guy from the office sent me back to check in and said he was gonna put me on the 606 bus which was the next bus leaving at past 1. When i was inside the bus i was told that i was not supposed to be on the bus and i have to get off. The lady who was talking over the phone was so rude. I tried explaining what happened on the station but she told the driver to leave me behind. All thanks to the driver coz he said he can’t leave me what if something happens to me and it wasn’t my fault that the bus left early

The main door could not close even while driving and the engine had a funny noise and we had an accident where the bus driver had to drive of the road at high speed which in turn ended up busting up the wheel shocks and body panels that obstructed the wgeels but driver went on driving anyway and later sone of the passangers , me included had to stop the driver and try to fix the broken body panel ourselves and succeeded too.
The bus Eagle liner did not arrive pitched up and my family was put in another bus intercity and sat next to the toilet with the bus smelling urine the whole long journey to EL

It has inside toilet, charging pots were working but we were not given time to step out in Queenstown just to relieve ourselves because inside toilet is not for everything
Firstly the bus was very late.Condition was too bad and I has a bad smoke from the engine even the drivers were not sure if we will reach into our destination.
