Bad Driver forgot to pick us up

Late, and had to order other tickets😴

We experienced a delay of 5 hours from Bloemfontein to East London. I will never ever book intercape ever again😡🤬

Always the best ride,was a little disappointed with the bus being late but messages were sent prior. Overall it's always the best experience

I no longer recommend trips with Intercape Mainliners because they are always having a mechanical breakdown, they always not on time or there is always delays. My experience with Intercape Mainliners has been the worst for over a year now. And that is a pity because options are limited

Poor time management, bus was delayed by 2hours. Good customer service though, the drivers made sure we were safe, it will also be beneficial if they announced stops so we keep informed about the journey

The bus was scheduled for 11:55 arrived at 5am in the morning with no communication

The main door could not close even while driving and the engine had a funny noise and we had an accident where the bus driver had to drive of the road at high speed which in turn ended up busting up the wheel shocks and body panels that obstructed the wgeels but driver went on driving anyway and later sone of the passangers , me included had to stop the driver and try to fix the broken body panel ourselves and succeeded too.

The bus was 2 hours late in departing for East London, We sat right at the back of the bus and the aircon water wet the seats and the floor so we sat on wet seats and constantly had water drip on us. The smell of urine in the back of the bus was unbearable. The aircon probably didn't work either because it was soo hot in there and given the horrible smell, it really was a terrible experience.

We were supposed to leave at 11h45 and only left at 02h00 in the morning! Bus was late and then very overcrowded!

The bus got there 2 hours later and it was flying on the road we did not feel safe

The bus was an hour late. It was also full I was sitting on 20 liter at the back sit from Bloemfontein to Aliwal north. I am not satisfied at all, especially because of my knowledge and experience of how a public transport quality should be.

The Delta coach services were unprofessional and they lacked the proper communication with their passengers. They delayed their arrival for over two hours and, upon boarding, they did not have a specific route as they were collecting passengers from different areas of a single province. They made us wait unnecessary amounts of time to solve boarding issues and bus changes thar they should have solved before the trip even happened. All in all, everyone was very unhappy with the services provided by Delta Coaches and will never be using the bus for transportation.

I didn't enjoy anything from the trip. Bad terrible service, no updates about delays of the bus

I enjoyed every moment of the Trip my only concern is the bua came late And left bloem late also

The trip was smooth, only then the toilet was full

The bus came later and the aurcon was not functioning properly

It was horrible. The worst experience ever. The bus came to the station full and my elderly uncle had to sit on his bag on the passage way, for more than 7hrs and also the bus was extremely late. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Vilamora must fix the punctuality part of its buses and try their buses not to be cold the way they are.

We believe the drivers stole our luggage after they had confirmed that they had it in their possession. They then sent us from pillar to post

Send a message or an email earlier so that we know that the bus will be late instead of us being frozen at the station. Your service is very poor.
