I maybe particular, the driver's music but it was the taste of his age.He had no variety to accommodate. Otherwise the trip was superb 👌

I actually had a good experience with Intercape Mainliner Express. The bus was clean, the seats were comfortable, and the trip felt safe throughout. The staff was friendly, and I liked that they take safety seriously. I didn’t have many complaints.

I booked a bus ticket for 6:30 am, and there was no bus until 9 am. I left at park station at 9 am, and I got home late with a heavy storm. My things got wet, because I was also carrying a bag. I’m very disappointed with the disrespect that the company showed to its customers. I booked the earliest because I know the weather of where I was going, Pietermaritzberg weather after 2 pm, changes and rains heavily.

a very reliable and safe transport. the bus was on time and driver was very courteous on the road. nice sound system and the bus was very clean with a functioning toilet.. only thing i didn’t like, the charging port wasn’t available where i was sitting

I just didn't travel with the bus I booked,there were no charging places,park station stuff did us dirty

The bus arrrived 1 hour late and it was broken on th way, we had to wait for hours before another one arrived. It was a mass

The experience was absolutely horrible. The bus wasnt spacious. The driver was not on time and even worse didn’t know the directions most of the trip, passengers were truly angry.

I didn't enjoy the journey because the drivers are very rude, they gave me a very poor service I'm not happy at all

Please address passengers to keep their shoes on while traveling.. I had to endure the smell of somebody's smelly feet from joburg to pmb.

I am a satisfied customer, few insects were on the bus, but it was the first time spotted them. Otherwise I am always satisfied about the service

It's a great bus to use. It's comfortable and the staff is nice and drives well. It takes longer to reach the destination.

The bathroom was smelling terrible & the charging ports were not working. this obviously has nothing to do with big-sky per-say but there were people drinking alcohol & making a noise throughout the whole night which was very unpleasant.

I have traveled 5 times this year to jhb and this was the quickest , most cleanness, comfortable bus I have been on. The service from the conductors were excellent

It was nice to use big sky as public transport especially for long distance,, it was convinient for me

I feel like I was scammed. Boarded outside Park Station and felt very unsafe. Bus was scheduled for 9pm,we left after 22h30. The "staff" or helpers were all visibly drunk. The "luxury" bus was actually not even close to that. An uncomfortable bus with upright seats for a long distance trip. Then halfway the driver's bank card declined when time came to pay for fuel, another delay!

The driver had the heater on and it was soo hot . I was not even winter . Joh and he refused to turn on cooler hair

The seats were comfortable and our driver was perfect 👌 although the charging point was not working.

The bus arrived late for pick up and arrived earlier at the destination which messed up my whole transport arrangements when I got to PMB . There was also vibration I think from the wheels which made it difficult to rest the head on the headrest, otherwise the trip was fine

Bus not clean and the driver kept playing with his phone
