It was the worst ride of my life! The driver was reckless, speeding and overtaking 2 trucks in one go. We had to make multiple stops because the bus was overheating. It was also very late.

I had a bad experience because I booked the ticket that will leave at 07:30 but guess what the bus came at 10:30 instead of them apologizing to us the driver was so rude so I will never ever travel using the eagle bus

The bus assistant was very rude and impatient with clients, he does not have decency at all making the experience very unpleasant. I kept asking both the bus driver and assistant to kindly turn down the aircon as it was unbearably cold with a few of us in the bus already coughing and sneezing, to which I was completely ignored. This was my first most unpleasant trip with BigSky and I hope it was my last.
