We delayed for 3 hours, that bus was dirty and stinking and there was no communication between us passangers and the driver. You guys need to do better and stop lying to us. It was very bad 👎 😔. First, it arrived 1 hour and 30 minutes late. Second, when we finally boarded and reached Mthatha, we were taken to another bus that was less comfortable compared to the one I came with. I arrived at my destination at 19:20; I was supposed to arrive at 16:30 according to my booking. My meeting was at 5 PM, and I missed it.
