The bus was quite late and there was no communication made. It took over an hour in East London, only God knows what these drivers were busy doing. They was a time where we all there was something wrong with the bus where it started to drive very slow. The other driver was also rude when asked if everything was ok. I arrived very late to the funeral I have traveled that far for it. And chose this bus because I thought it was better. I had a bad experience!
