Customers appreciate the friendly drivers and comfortable buses provided by Intercape. They also value the safety of the service. However, some users have mentioned concerns about high prices and occasional issues with cleanliness, such as cockroaches on board.
The worst ever! They claimed the bus left us whereas I was at Parkstation & on the que by 16h00. The officials suggested we take Uber to Vereeniging to meet the bus there. We waited at the pickup point until around 20h00. When a bus arrived, they were not passing by Cradock (my drop off). We asked to be dropped at Queenstown instead but the drivers charged us R500 extra. I doubt our bus ever left Parkstation & the experience was the worst & costly one ever. I demand a full investigation and to be compensated for the ordeal.

I’m very happy, the prices where way too high though, I’m glad this is a safe bus though
Passengers have reported that the drivers are safety-conscious and the seating is comfortable, accommodating even larger individuals. However, there were consistent mentions of delays in departure times. Additionally, some users noted issues with loud air conditioning and outdated USB charging ports not compatible with newer phones lacking entertainment options on board.
The bus was supposed to leave at 16h00 but we left at 20h10 from Johanessburg, I was very very angry as it costed me more with refreshments
