Bus Tickets from Johannesburg to King William’s Town

I enjoyed my trip everything was good and the stops, the problem was my charging plug it was on and off.

The drivers where very friendly communicating with respect The bus it was very clean

I didn’t travel I wanted to cancel my trip due to emergency reasons the guy was helping me he said I can’t cancel my trip

Safe traveling, the driver controlled the air conditioning or temperature well regulated

The bus was on time nd I was comfortable,, but the heater was too much but we ask the driver to turn it down a bit,, My trip was smooth i dont have any complaints 🥰🥰👌

The bus was late for departure time and arrival time and there was no communication from Greyhound staff

The bus didn't keep to time yet we specified booking time due to reasons. We were later moved from one bus to the other and lost certain items because of the transfers made whilst traveling by your bus. The treatment was very 👎 bad

It was bad, the bus arrived 2 hours after the departure time and arrived late in KWT

I am so disappointe by APMWC. They did not come to Park station. And only informed me at 17:06 that I mustat Engen garage in Mudrand by 17:00. Which I did at an extra cost but there was no APM bus there. By the time I reached the place. Iam so upset because they are not picking the phoe too. Frustrated because that was the last money I have so I couldn't travel. Because of them. Also my credits are gone because I used them to buy their ticket.

I'm not satisfied with the service that we got the system that is used for charger is not working ,there was no warm air

No i didn't since i couldn't charge my phone power outlets were not working n Secondly the drivers we're speeding putting our lives at risk..what happened to spend kills n lastly good course i arrive earlier to my destination.

It leaked water from the emergency exit directly on me the whole trip. Your inspector was nonchalant and ill-equipped to deal with passenger queries.

Bus was late, they almost made us get on the wrong bus,staff was unorganized and we arrived at our destination almost 4 hours later than the stipulated time. I would not recommend

The trip was fine ,just we left later than expected from Park station ,secondly the air conditioner where well controlled it was not cold at all ,good for us Elders. Regards D Barnes

Driver is a professional, and is taking care of the passengers, making sure if everybody is ok

The bus kept breaking down and the drivers kept getting lost along the way contribing to the delay

Citylink massaged via me via WhatsApp on the day of scheduled traveling, informing me that they have booked Eagleliner for me because their busses have a technical problem. The buss ticket was sent amounting R545. My traveling to King Williams Town was very uncomfortable. The sits are very close to each other. My knees were uncomfortable and the window was banging. The seats were upright, i could not sleep. We were placed like sardines in a can. It was a horrible experience for 13 hours. I chose Citylink and paid R600 because I wanted to be comfortable. I am not happy with the treatment I received from citylink. I lodged a complain and did not receive a response to date. They also refused to pay back my change, because I paid R600 and the ticked they gave me was R545. Citylink could have atleast given me an option to choose the bus that i wanted. With R600 I could have got a decent bus. I am a grieved customer.

I didn't enjoy my trip because ilula bus got stuck on the side of the road for 2 days .and their service is very poor 🚮

I had traumatic experiences being threatened by “staff” on asking for money for our luggage in cash .FORCEFULLY

The bus drivers we very nice and receptive. But there was a short chubby guy whom I don't know whether he is the owner or not, but judging from his rudeness you'd swear he is the owner. I was also not satisfied with the condition of the bus.
