Bus Tickets from Johannesburg to King William’s Town

I didn’t travel I wanted to cancel my trip due to emergency reasons the guy was helping me he said I can’t cancel my trip

1.They do not keep time, it's not for the first time. 2. Marshalls were not professional at all when we boarded

The whole trip was satisfying except for the airblower. If it could be turned down a tad. Being on the top deck one couldn't completely relax due to the noise emanating from the blowers.

The bus was on time. It arrived on time as well. The driver, Mr Mabena was very friendly and is a great driver.

The bus was not on time, appreciated their notifications about the bus changes, ie greyhound or interliner, staff was friendly and my kids felt safe as they were travelling alone.

My experience with Greyhound was really nice. The journey was comfortable, and I appreciated the spacious seating and smooth ride. The staff were helpful, and everything was well-organized, from boarding to arrival. I also liked the convenient schedules and affordable pricing. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely consider traveling with Greyhound again!

Bus was late, they almost made us get on the wrong bus,staff was unorganized and we arrived at our destination almost 4 hours later than the stipulated time. I would not recommend

The bus ride was actually good no complaints but I would like management to look into the administration at the Park station, we were pushing each other the bus was late with no communication there is just not enough staff there to give directions and assistants.

The bus arrived safely, I liked that. But the bus was late and cold throughout the night.

The bus was suppose to departure at 18:35 but we departure from Johannesburg at19:38 without communication we stood at the station without any communication from the staff. Next time please communicate with the passengers about the bus delay

The trip was fine ,just we left later than expected from Park station ,secondly the air conditioner where well controlled it was not cold at all ,good for us Elders. Regards D Barnes

Driver is a professional, and is taking care of the passengers, making sure if everybody is ok

I had traumatic experiences being threatened by “staff” on asking for money for our luggage in cash .FORCEFULLY

The bus drivers we very nice and receptive. But there was a short chubby guy whom I don't know whether he is the owner or not, but judging from his rudeness you'd swear he is the owner. I was also not satisfied with the condition of the bus.

I'm very much disappointed in this bus, it is not reliable at all. I was suppose to travel on the 26th September, they completely postponed the trip for the next day. How inconvenient, I was rushing for an interview at my destination, and now I lost it. I don't recommend it at all
