Bus Tickets from Johannesburg to Ladysmith

It was good that the bus was punctual, but I didn't enjoy when the driver and co driver were talking too much instead of concentrating on driving properly. Also the fact that the bus took a long route instead of the toll road route.

Enjoyed everything , i dont think their was a single mishap during the trip that i could pin point , nope not at all a single thing had gone wrong

It was a very smooth drive the driver was friendly and very polite will definately use intercape and recommend it to all my friends and family

They mix all passengers to different towns and they exchange busses on the way. Had too much luggage and had to change busses,it was a nightmare. We waited for over an hour to get changed to another bus. Horrible experience 😪

I did not enjoy the way we were ushered to the busses it was a lot of confusion I had to go into 4 busses before I found the bus where I could find the seat

Not Good, It seems that there was not coordination between operation departments. We took a bus that has issues and couldn't run properly, twice we had missed accidents on the road that could have been Fatal for other users of the Road. This trip wasn't good, until the bus replaced. This was one of the most unsafe trip I ever had. Please check on this issue, so that it doesn't happen again.

Bus departed an hour late bus arrived 4 hours late kept breaking down on the N3 3 times exactly water leak I am working at 6am a safety critical job I just pray to God my day becomes productive

Didn't enjoy much at all. We froze inside. No charging port on our seats. Not much left space

It came after 5 hours And it was bery unorganised we took another route and not the one i booked and it took longer than expected
