Well the bus was late,however I do understand there are unforeseen circumstances like road works,traffic etc…case in point after the bus picked me up in Ladysmith it had to turn back to Ladysmith just for one of the passengers negligence,who left a child in the bus & claim he went to the rest room…so we all had to bare with the drivers,,,however on the other side I would blame the company for not having serviceable ablution facilities in some of the buses…please do improve on that please.& also have something like a small canteen on the long distance buses especially @night cause wow 😮…& I full understand they cannot be granting passengers breaks every 30 minutes,we all rushing to get to our destinations

The initial 3 hour trip turned into 5 hours and then eventually 8 hours. And the driver stopped ONCE for a bathroom break. I arrived in PTA at 5 o'clock this afternoon. This is wrong in so many ways! 😭

The Bus was suppose to leave at 9 it's didn't because of lawlessness, the bus was stop by the Sizwe Transport association, because one but was suppose to leave the bus station. We left the bus station at 15:30 because they had to pay fare for the second bus to leave bu the eagleliner company didn't bus from Ladysmith illing road.
That bus was having badluck one of the passengers lost her luggage due to luggage was not closed properly the bag fall on the road we had to go back again and look for the luggage we couldn't find it. We arrived at Heidelberg at 22:00 horrible experience for me

I enjoyed nothing there was very disappointed with their poor service 😞 was supposed to catch my bus at 1:30 am but it delayed for about 3 hours coz it came at 3:20 I will never choose that bus ever again and it was my 1st time got very dissatisfied with it 😢
