Very unprofessional service, the staff was unaccomdating, was stuck on the bus for 8 hours at a time without the opportunity to get out for even a minute when the bus did make stops, felt as if I was held hostage

It was a 17 hour drive and we were not alowed to stand up...even just to ask when the next stop would be. It was my partners first bus ride and I wanted it to be a pleasant experience. After the first stop we had to wait 7 hours for the next ofter bring sold we would be stopping at Bloemfontein. Dying of thirst in a overheated bus, let alone mothets and children. We feel like that the driver didn't care about the well being of the traveler's. Must say the buss was very clean and the driving was impeccable. Just no concern for our comfort

To many racial comments towards myself and my wife. It was told to us that if we don't like what happened we should leave the bus, as well as it being so hot in there and when asked to cool it down we were ignored.

Poor service. Covid-19 non compliant. No temperature taken no sanitisers, though one had, they did not bother to check. Inconsistencies in wearing masks. Some people had their masks off. I paid R795 for convenience but the bus got to the destination 2 hours late! I missed my business appointment. This is not the Greyhound I got used to many years ago. The standards have dropped drastically! No more Greyhound bus for me. I will look for better service elsewhere.

I took a bus trip from Johannesburg, and unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. The bus departed half an hour late and we arrived at our destination three hours behind schedule. To make things worse, on the morning before arrival, the power points were switched off, the air-conditioning was not working, and the bus became extremely hot and uncomfortable. Overall, it was a frustrating and unpleasant journey.
