I got to the bus stop 20 minutes before the time the bus was supposed to be coming, the bus did not show up on time so after waiting 20 minutes past the time the bus was supposed to show up I called customer support. They told me it was going to be 45 minutes late. After waiting an extra hour from when I called the bus was still not there. I then called again and they said it was going to be another 30 minutes. The lady I spoke to was very rude and did not care at all about the wait time. Then the bus ride was supposed to be an hour and a half but instead took almost two and a half hours. The bus smelt horrible and crowded. I found out that they took everyone who was supposed to take the same route as me and the people taking the same route but at a later time. I had to pay extra to be on the bus that was leaving early but I ended up riding the later bus instead. Highly don’t recommend this bus company.
