Bus Tickets from Pretoria to Estcourt

I didn't enjoy the toilet was smelling bad, cold bcz of air conditioning that was opened full I'm sick ryt now flu

The bus was very cold and the bus was having cockroaches they change the bus without letting the clients know if I didn’t ask the current bus was gonna left me behind

This was a appalling experience. I paid over R600, for a budgetliner, that broke down and took forever to het sorted out. I arrived at my destination 3 hours after the stipulated arriving time. I’m very disheartened by the exprerience because arriving on time was crucial for me.

The trip was great, clean bus, the drivers were very professional and nice, but the bus was delayed only got to my destination an hour late

It was okay except for the toilet, it’s not hygiene

The driver didn't stop at my drop off point and left me stranded at some random petrol station all alone hours away. I had to ask for help by myself, the driver didn't care. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable

First, the bus was on time, The bus was so clean and fresh. And it was my first time traveling using Intercity Xpress.

I like the fact that we arrived on time.. I didn't like that we made 3 stops as our driver sighted fatigue.. I felt our safety was compromised as he did not have a 2nd (relief) driver.

Very bad. The bus arrived 1h30mins later at the stop and the attendants were very rude about it

Citiliner needs to ensure they stick to time because I'm even considering leaving their services

The bus was 2 hours late the bus was so cold no heater
