Bus Tickets from Estcourt to Johannesburg

The driver arrived late and I arrived at my destination 4 hours later I couldn't even make it in time for my registration so I'm not happy I'm very much disappointed but the bus is very comfortable and clean

The bus was supposed to arrive in JHB at 4:35pm but we arrived after 6pm. Too many stops. Absolutely dissapointing!

Toilets do not work, they are unflushable and unhygienic. Aircons are always on even when it is cold outside and drivers do not light the light for passengers offboarding.

Terrible experience with Big Sky Express. Was informed that the bus was running an hour late, so got to the pick up point 30 minutes prior to the new pick up time (as per the ticket) only to find that the bus had already arrived and left. When we contacted the help centre, they said there is nothing they can do as the ticket says to be there 1 hour before. I sent them proof that my ticket says only 30 minutes prior to departure and they then send me a screenshot that they have updated it to 1 hour but this was never ever communicated, nor was the information provided on any correspondence with them. Furthermore, I was told that I should never have even received a message saying the bus was 1 hour late. Terrible service all around

Not good. Bus was very late so i had to hitchhike to get on time to Johannesburg

The Bus was so comfortable I wished I was going far. The biggest challenge was the toilet inside it was so disgusting.

People were sleeping on all seats so there was minimal space for boarding passengers

It was ok but pls meantion tht the citiliner and greyhond is one thing coz it confuses passagers which lead to them missing their ride

Will never use them again. They were 3hours late arriving in Estcourt. 5 hours late arriving at Park Station. They arrive at a time where taxi transport from the station was very limited. Very very stressful. Their phone lines do not ever go to an operator, there is NO customer service.
