The bus died along the way and had to stop for 4 hours. No one had the courtesy to inform us if what was going on. Instead of arriving at 15:00 in Vryheid we arrived at 21:00 with no transport to take us home. I will never ever recommend such rubbish bus to any of my family members or anyone to that matter. I didn't enjoy anything about such rubbish dead bus!!!

These guys have completely lost the plot! Greyhound use to be a citadel of excellence and reliability, as of now now the service is pathetic and deplorable beyond any measure. The buses are permanently late. Specifically the Vryheid to Pretoria route!
