The bus is always late and they only tell us when it’s departure time. It’s supposed to arrive in East London at 08:30 am it only arrives at 15:45 I’ve missed everything that I was going to attend so I’m very disappointed n it’s not the first time it’s always late

My Ticket was from CPT to East London, I was dropped in Queenstown in a taxi that took the longest route, inconsiderate of the estimated time 09h15 in east London. Furthermore the taxi dropped us in king Williams town and took another taxi to East London. I arrived at 12h00 for an event that started at 10am and I was a speaker. I'm deeply disappointed.

The trip was fine and comfortable, however, it all turned bad when they dropped five of us at King WilliamsTown to be taken to East London by a public Taxi. It was uncomfortable and risky because there was an old lady travelling with two kids. We had to stay for 50 minutes at the Taxi rank waiting for the Taxi to be full. It was indeed a terrible experience...
