Bus from Bellville to East London: Tickets & Schedules

Very bad I lost my luggage and the service is poor,no one is willing to help me.The only response I get is to wait,since Sunday I have been waiting I don’t have clothes my niece Christmas clothes are in that bag and it’s Christmas Eve tomorrow and I don’t have a backup

I'm very dissatisfied, the bus was 4 hours late, with no communication. When I called the office, the phone rang till it cuts. I personally will never book Apm bus again.

My bus they supposed to to pick me from19:25 to 08:20 they came later 21::30 to 2:00

The bus is always late and they only tell us when it’s departure time. It’s supposed to arrive in East London at 08:30 am it only arrives at 15:45 I’ve missed everything that I was going to attend so I’m very disappointed n it’s not the first time it’s always late

They have the most horrible services ever to exist on this earth . I will never ever use this bus again because it arrived 2 hours late and very uncomfortable

The bus arrives late on the departure and also has problem with the accelarator.

The bus was supposed to arrive 18:25 at the bus stop but only arrived at 21:00 at the stop which was not safe. The number on the ticket was switched off after I called the enquire about the bus.

Bad because i have missed a job interview and Jacobcoaches there's nothing it can I was supposed to be there at 10:00 am

Terrible . Bus was supposed to arrive in East London by 9:30am and only arrived at noon! No consideration for the travellers what about plans and appointments we missed because of this ! Unacceptable! Very unprofessional!

My Ticket was from CPT to East London, I was dropped in Queenstown in a taxi that took the longest route, inconsiderate of the estimated time 09h15 in east London. Furthermore the taxi dropped us in king Williams town and took another taxi to East London. I arrived at 12h00 for an event that started at 10am and I was a speaker. I'm deeply disappointed.

I did not enjoy my trip because they changed busses & that bus was very bad

The bus inside has plenty of legs room and is very comfortable. However takes the longest routes and what was supposed to be 13 hours trip, turned into more than 16hrs

The trip was fine and comfortable, however, it all turned bad when they dropped five of us at King WilliamsTown to be taken to East London by a public Taxi. It was uncomfortable and risky because there was an old lady travelling with two kids. We had to stay for 50 minutes at the Taxi rank waiting for the Taxi to be full. It was indeed a terrible experience...

The only thing that I didn't enjoy is for them coming late and no one was informing any of us about the delays

Bus was cancelled, and the next one was late with an hour without any explanation. The driver was also rude with passengers addressing us as if his addressing the school kids.

The bus after the take off die and we waited for hours to get the mechanic and the mechanic did not fix the bus, we slept on the bus

Enjoyed nothing more being dissatisfied with ilula service and I will never take it in life and will never recommend it to anyone
