Bus Tickets from Johannesburg to East London

Very disappointed not only did the bus leave late at the station, it also arrived late at my final destination

The driver was helpful as I was using the bus for the first time and the location dropping off from.

There was no Journey because APM buses apparently no longer exists and still when I booked my money was taken and I can’t get hold of them.

The bus was top quality, the driving was smooth everything went well. I was only late by 30 minutes to my destination but it I was still a good experience no complaints.

The bus was 3hours it was supposed to arrive at 12h15 but instead it arrives at 3 o'clock

The bus traveled 20hrs, I had been delayed by the bus due it's incompetency and lack of time management

I didn’t even enjoy anything we waited almost 2 hours for bus. Driver kept stopping all ways . And the comfort was zero it’s like a local bus while it’s long distance. Kiss my money good bye never

The service was very poor. We paid R1040.00 for Eagle Liner and traveled the whole trip with Gauteng Coaches that is uncomfortable and meant for short distances. The admin is very poor, they just fill buses up with no recognition of who belongs to which bus as registration from their tickets.

Enjoyed the journey however didn't enjoy the fact that we must show tickets every stop

The drivers were very friendly and the communication was excellent, announcements were handled with professionalism. Even though we got delayed but the staff tried their best to be on time.

Time management was good and the staff was very helpful but the bus itself did not have enough leg space between the seats, which compromises passenger comfortability.

The bus was fine, but it didn’t departure on time, it departed 30 mins later. The guy who check tickets and verify names was so rude and shouting at passengers

I did not enjoy a single thing the bus was late by 1h30min there was no heater it was just freezing. It changes people in some stops we have to wait for 30min it was not right.

Bus is not reliable, i arrived late to my destination. It was also late for pick up.

Your bus didn't stop for 2 hours drive from Park Station that time we were hungry and we didn't pee

the journey was good drivers friendly, but they must improve their toilet systems and some windows were not closing properly

The bus arrived on time. It is clean and the drivers treated passengers with best service

Everything was poor the bus broke down and we stayed there for 15hours no help, small kids were hungry no food ,no water , we were stuck in the middle of freestate no where .

Enjoyed nothing it come late 4 hours after the actual Time and we arrived late 5hours after the arrival time.

The bus was late, we stopped three times because the bus got stuck and arrived verrry late to our destination! Very horrible experience!

I didn't like their poor communication 😕. Updating me that Greyhound and Citiliner is the same since I was new to these buses.

The bus was very late without any communication as to why or that the bus will be late. It was a heavy inconvenience standing there for an hour

Lot of delays , i even lost my interview arrived in eastlondon 1400 instead of 0800 very disappointed

Enjoyed absolutely nothing, bud was late. Changed passengers into 3 different buses. Drivers dressed as if they are going to the spaza shop and didn’t even know some of the directions worst experience ever

There's nothing to love the bus was late, it was raining and the bus was licking on top of it all they sent a sprinter at Bloemfontein to pick us up and I was traveling with a baby it was a nightmare. I booked two tours but we traveled in something else I don't even know what it is

Be Bad. Bus was late and they can’t be contacted. Made a lot of stops which took too long, no charging ports. No heaters

I enjoyed nothing on that trip Vilamora is the worst bus to ever exist, first of all it came an hour late it smells horrible and is very dirty and it took us more than the estimated number of hours to reach our destination
