Bus Tickets from East London to Johannesburg

The bus arrives 2 hours later after we waited on the station, which impacted in a great delay to your time of arrival as well. I'm very displeased with this kind of service it very inconsiderate to us as the travelers.

The bus was on time. Driving was smooth. Only issue is the toilet. Not clean at all.

We were moved from one bus to another more than 2 times. In Bloem, the driver did not know the directions around Bloem, had to go back, for us who were going to Joburg to be moved to another bus

The bus was full some people were standing because the luggage was occupying the seats. The bus arrived an hour late it was raining people were standing in the rain because the drivers were arguing.

The bus wasn't comfortable 😕 and we were sitting with our luggage the whole way.

Your bus was dety inside and lot maphela or insect inside. Bus was no heatis very cold. And no specific place to pick up and your bus it came late to the pic up place.

Greyhound bus driver turn on air-conditioning we try to talk to him as it was during the mid night and too cold but he refuse.. he was rude.

Professional, very comfortable and has charging hubs. My only dissatisfaction was arriving an hour and 30 minutes later then the stipulated time.

There was nothing to enjoy really it was just late and rudeness from the drivers

Very bad the bus was late with 2 hours and it stopped for another 1 hour at Queenstown.

Their took us from east london and left us in onother town we don’t know.Delta is useless don’t even try booking it

The bus came late, it broked down in Queenstown, it had no heater, and when we arrived in JHB it didnt get in the Park station...

Terrible . The bus departed late in East London and took us to queenstown to switch buses cause in the bus we were mixed Johannesburg and Cape Town.There was a sprinter that also carried people who are also going to joburg. When we got to Queenstown the bus that was supposed to take us to joburg was broken down and was being fixed in front of us we waited in Queenstown from 8pm till 03:00 am in the morning for the mechanic to fix it .The bus that we were supposed to take to joburg was already having passengers so when we people from East London arrived we were plenty in numbers and would not fit into the bus . we tried to call the iLula people from East London which they responded to our calls with attitudes and we have resulted in calling the police .We took pictures of the bus registration .When the mechanic was done fixing from 8pm -3am they loaded the bus with an overload of people some were standing as there’s no seating space .I couldn’t board the bus as it’s full and not in good condition.We stood the whole morning with the police that returned the ilula bus that left us and did an over load of passengers and we stayed in Queenstown from yesterday 8pm -14h00 in the afternoon with no communication just silence .

The driver was strict and took no nonsense. He is respectful of everyone and treated all fairly. He was the best.

Besides the fact that the bus arrived very late, we got stucked because of a tyre puncture and again we had to wait for someone to bring a spare wheel. How can a long distance bus not have a spare wheel? I am very disappointed.

The space between seats are definitely better than most,your legs are more free.

I didn't enjoy it I booked a bus and then they put me on the taxi😭and they didn't even care to explain what was going on , truly speaking it was the worst experience ever and I won't recommend anyone for that two tours

Your bus company is the worst I have ever experienced. Staff was very rude to passengers. Also we were made to pay luggage that does not even exceed 20 kgs

The bus is terrible, it's way too hot and there is no AC so I was suffocated. The service of the staff is horrible, I forgot my toiletry bag on the bus and I've been trying to communicate with them but they blatantly ignore my complaints
