The lay over wasn't an issue but knowing where to go to get into the mall was a struggle for many as we haven't been there before.

The 2nd bus was missing a few comforts like the retracting footrest that many other seats had available, the back of seat pouches (come in very handy) and drink holders. It may not seem very important but for the comforts of
the ride, they are very Handy.
Especially when sitting beside someone and it helps to put things and not disturb them.

Everything was great except when the bus from Edmknton to Vermilion started having issues. A mechanic meet the bus and was able to fix the problem and we were back on the road and hour behind schedule. All good except the drive didn't let us know what was going on until another passenger demanded an update.
