I didn’t enjoy the trip firstly the charging points were not working secondly the bus delayed and they didn’t communicate for the people who are connecting if they are delaying the intercape service is not the same anymore

I had a horrible experience with APMWC. The bus arrived late and didn’t stop at the garage as per our booking, with absolutely no communication from the company. When it finally arrived, the bus was already full and completely disorganised. We didn’t have proper seats, and some passengers were left standing or scrambling for space.
What made things worse was the inconsistent handling of luggage – some people paid for their bags while others didn’t, which caused even more confusion. The bus had leaking spots, and the interior was extremely cold and uncomfortable for the duration of the journey.
This was by far one of the worst travel experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend APMWC until they improve their communication, organisation, and overall customer care.

It was supposed to pick us up at 6:30 pm but ended up coming at 8:45pm. My mom had to call that they send messages to everyone letting them know and the only sent messages saying we should get in another bus. The charging pots are not working completely. The drivers have an attitude.

There were plenty of empty seats and my daughter and I had to sit separately because everyone wanted to sit with an empty seat next to them. My child is a minor and we had to travel for 9 hours because the driver did not ask one of the passengers to move to another seat. Very saddening experience

The driver's are very professional and very informative in regards to how long we should take for toilet breaks and stopping at Montrose and other drop off stops. I also loved how they handled the drunk lady who took the bus from Emzimkhulu, she was very rude and seriously needed a slap.

Very luxurious bus I have never expected as I'm not familiar to the name.Had decided as early as the moment I boarded in kokstad that from now on, only an unavailability and a might be unaffordable price at that particular moment, that could make me to book any alternative bus.. otherwise this is my future choice .
