Did not enjoy waiting for the bus for an hour. Infact we were transferred to another bus because ours did not arrive at scheduled time. The driver was not friendly at all. The receptionist at kokstad currie inn were quite friendly. There is no professionalism from a particular driver infact both drivers. The guys who check tickets need to have uniform. There should be someone indicating each stop.

This time i ddnt enjoy anything, bus was late, there was wind comming the roof or window when they open aircorn, we stopped at PMB toilets u pay 5 if udont have u pee outside on the open space it did not end there when we got to JHB, bus ddnt go inside park station ppl were dropped off on the road, it was bad😔

I had a great experience,the bus arrived 30 minutes earlier at the departure station &arrived an hour earlier at the arrival station. The bus was comfortable&the staff was friendly &welcoming. However, I did not like that the charging port on my seat was not working,I had to ask from the person who was sitting on another seat to borrow me their charging port. Overall,I had an amazing experience &I would definitely use Citiliner/Greyhound services again!
