I hated the fact that we were delayed by a whole hour, and on top of that the bus had no toilet. there was an old man on board who needed a toilet and he couldn't even walk properly and the bus had to stop for him to pee on the road. on the other hand the driver a was nice person.

First of all the waiting area is just a mess, there are flies all over the area. Staff did not update us on the bus delay. The bus got there, they asked us to go climb in, we had to wait in the rain for over 10min for someone to atleast open up the luggage space on the bus and put in out luggages. We still got into the bus, and the bus still did move for over an hour, without anyone reassuring us on what was happening. All the sits in the bus were beyond dirty, as if they were all being stepped on. And we were still expected to sit right on top of the mess. It was just the worst journey I've ever had, I least expected it on this company (Greyhound), I am very disappointed.

Experience was very good,the bus comfort was exceptional,but I sat next to a guy who seemed as if he drank before the trip and smelled very horrible that I was so nauseous and wanted to vomitt and when I arrived home had a very bad headache,,,but on a good note it was a good journey and the bus was very clean .

The lady that was assisting with nah check in did not indicate that the bus is already outside. After checking in I stood outside until 15h40 when a bus driver told me that the bus had left for Jhb Station. There is a dis connect between check in point and where passengers should wait for the bus. I was not the only passenger that missed the 15h30 bus.
