In the 10 minutes PAST the stated departure time I waited, I tried calling your office but no one picked up the phone. If the bus is going to be late, there should be a notification sent to all those like me that worried the bus left early or isn't coming at all. Why add stress to your client's experience when even a simple computer program could send an update assuring everyone the bus will arrive even if a bit later than promised.
