Bus from Ottawa, CA to Toronto: Tickets & Schedules

My FlixBus ride was positive overall. The bus was clean and comfortable for the distance, and the driver was friendly and keep us on schedule. Onboard amenities like WI-FI and seating were adequate except the bathroom soap wasn't refilled

What I enjoyed was that the bus was in time, and the Driver was polite and helpful. What I didn’t like was that the reading lights could not be turned on. The seat was uncomfortable and would not stay in a reclined position. Also it was quite cold.

Terrible Communication, Bus cancelled without notice, Bus Pickup Location incorrect, customer service horrible

Stops and starts every two seconds, no bathroom break for the entirety of the time, and the bus was incredibly behind time-wise leading me to also miss my second bus.

Enjoyed most but the driver took huge risk to take exit for Scarborough. He was on the 2nd left lane crossed 2-3 lane with high risk to take exit. I believe he forgot then realized that he was missing the exit. As a bus driver he must be very careful.

The bus was late for 20 minutes and we got to stock on the rainy weather for almost in hour.

On time, break time on service center, great price! Just a little noisy and a small paper bag for on side of seat would be more consistent to put small garbage things.

The trip was punctual and the driver was very nice, but the location said 300 instead of 200 in the address which was a little confusing.

Terrible experience was supposed to arrive at my location at 8:50 PM instead arrived at 1:40am driver made multiple stops along the side of the road which made me and other passengers feel very unsafe and as well took extensive breaks will never be using this service again please believe the bad reviews online

Trip was from Ottawa to Toronto airport but they dropped us off downtown Toronto and put us on a train instead. Unnecessary hassle. Stop at better food places also not just Tim Hortons with only 7 minutes.

I didn’t enjoy it The bus breakdown and we have to wait for like 1hour before we were transferred to another bus at really affected my appointment

Horrible, bus was incredibly late, and there was a horrendous smell on the bus for the whole trip.

Good ride! Bus left on time and arrived early despite some traffic on the Don Valley Parkway SB. Nice and charismatic driver, ride was pretty smooth.

My trip to Toronto was not a very good experience. The bus departed more than 30 minutes late, and we arrived almost an hour late. During a restroom stop, I was stopped from getting off the bus because I was a little late leaving my seat. However, it took more than five minutes for the last passenger to return, so I could have gone to the restroom during that time. Also, the driving was quite rough and uncomfortable. Overall, the late departure, significant delay in arrival, rough driving, and the way the restroom stop was handled made the trip very frustrating.

The combination of the bus engine and ventilation was too noisy. More than other such buses I have ridden.

The picking and drop stops are so weird no one can find it easily but the bus service is very good

3 hours delay because of technical problem and no vouchers or refund or even Water!

Driver was courteous. Bus was clean. Seat was comfortable. Driver dealt with a passenger who had a medical emergency when disembarking for a time break in Kingston. Driver stayed calm, contacted emergency services and comforted victim until paramedics arrived. He also liaisoned with Starbuck staff as the emergency ended up on the restaurant property adjacent to the bus lay up at the Harvey’s. Driver kept us informed and as no was going to Scarborough Station or there were no scheduled pick ups, he was able to keep on time. Kudos to him.

Very spatious, charging station and very accommodative driver. Excellent service!
