Bus from Ottawa, CA to Toronto: Tickets & Schedules

The ride was smooth despite delays caused by the weather. My only complaint that made the ride less satisfying was the fact that the driver wouldn’t let us leave the bus during our breaks. I understand that the driver may have had previous bad experiences with former passengers, but he stopped for a break TWICE and didn’t let anyone get off. Yes there was a bathroom in the bus, but I believe that passengers should be allowed to leave, stretch their legs, use the washrooms outside if the one in the bus is occupied, or grab a snack at a nearby convenience store. I was really dissapointed and I’ve never seen a driver do this when taking the bus with other companies. This was my first time taking Flix Bus, and I really hope that this isn’t a policy that all your drivers have and that this was just a one time thing

Outlets did not work, no wifi even though the booking said there would be, bus was very cold

The bus was clean and comfortable, however, it was really hard getting in and out of the bathroom because there is a seat in the back preventing the door from opening fully.

Bus makes lots of noise, the driver's behavior is unacceptable and unfortunately I can even say wild!

The change of skedule late notice not on time of arrival in distination way too late, it affects my important skedule of meeting punctuality is a must follow thats what i rely on booking at first but changing it at a sudden moment will affects way too much of some one important skeduling of meeting for work or business matter.

The bus driver was very kind and helpful. The bus schedule is also very punctual. I didn’t like the the bus was dirty with coffee cups stashed on the window seats. Chewed gum on window seals. WiFi was not available on the top decker despite the message that the bus has WiFi running.

Waited 45 minutes in minus 20 cold before being notified bus is broken and a replacement bus would be another 45-55 minutes.

Horrible was yelled at by the driver bus broke down and the constant stopping and starting in traffic making me sick

Terrible experience was supposed to arrive at my location at 8:50 PM instead arrived at 1:40am driver made multiple stops along the side of the road which made me and other passengers feel very unsafe and as well took extensive breaks will never be using this service again please believe the bad reviews online

Delayed by 3.5 hours with little communication or updates of when the bus would be arriving or true length of the delays

It'was good, but next time like to have at least a 15 minutes break @ half way, especially the bus arrived 90minutes late.

My luggage was small comparatively to other travellers but my suitcase was placed under 3 other larger hard shelled suitcases. Worst than being crushed, my suitcase was handed to me drenched with dirty water soaking through to all my clothing. So I start my weekend away having to launder everything I had washed the night prior. Not sure why the luggage compartment was so entirely wet. I have a soft shell suitcase and the driver should know better than to lay something like this on the bottom of the compartment that hard already been clearly filled with dirty water from the snow. This is the first time this has happened to me but that loading error cost me more than my bus ticket. Very disappointed.

The bus was at the stop early and loading went very smoothly. The driver was fantastic and I was so grateful for his duty of care and that he came in to work to cover someone who called in sick. We even arrived earlier than expected!

Ride was great. There was someone assisting the driving or auditing him. He was ridiculously rude to everyone on board.

The picking and drop stops are so weird no one can find it easily but the bus service is very good

3 hours delay because of technical problem and no vouchers or refund or even Water!

Driver was courteous. Bus was clean. Seat was comfortable. Driver dealt with a passenger who had a medical emergency when disembarking for a time break in Kingston. Driver stayed calm, contacted emergency services and comforted victim until paramedics arrived. He also liaisoned with Starbuck staff as the emergency ended up on the restaurant property adjacent to the bus lay up at the Harvey’s. Driver kept us informed and as no was going to Scarborough Station or there were no scheduled pick ups, he was able to keep on time. Kudos to him.

Very spatious, charging station and very accommodative driver. Excellent service!
